Keeping track of your healthcare journey is simple with Bastion Health. Here's how to access your medical records:
- Open the App: Launch the Bastion Health mobile app on your device.
- Navigate to My Bastion Tab: Tap on the "My Bastion" tab to access your profile and personalized features.
- Click on My Health Records: Look for the "My Health Records" option and tap on it to access your medical history.
- Set Date Range: Fill out the dates for the period you want to review. You can specify a start and end date for your search.
- Click Search: After entering the date range, click on the "Search" button to retrieve your medical records.
