Upgrading your Plan

At Bastion Health, we understand that your healthcare needs can change. Here's how you can upgrade your plan across different categories:

Individual/Family & Seniors’ Plans

Upgrades to plans with higher benefits are processed only at the time of your health plan's renewal.

SME Plans

Upgrades are possible within the first 3 months of your policy, provided no care has been accessed under the current plan. Upgrades require an email request to Bastion Health and are subject to approval based on policy utilization.

Corporate Plans

Plan upgrades can be made within the first 30 days of the policy's start date. Like SME plans, upgrades are not automatic. Requests must be emailed to Bastion Health and approval is at our discretion, based on how the current plan has been used.

To initiate an upgrade, please contact our Support team detailing the reasons for your desired change. Our team will review your policy usage and inform you of the decision. This process ensures that your health coverage continues to meet your evolving needs.
