Bastion Health has partnered with a Telemedicine provider, OctoDoc to provide you with access to health care from the convenience of your home. The Telemedicine benefit is available to enrolees on all our health plans.

Whether you're seeking medical advice or need to book an appointment, OctoDoc has you covered. You can easily schedule virtual or in-person consultations with healthcare professionals, book lab tests for accurate diagnoses, and conveniently purchase over the counter or prescribed medications.

Follow the steps below to access this telemedicine service:

  • Download the OctoDoc app on your mobile device from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  • Launch the app.
  • On the Sign-in screen, locate the "PWD" toggle below the password text area, and change it to "PIN."
  • Enter your phone number.
  • Click on forgot PIN to receive a PIN code via SMS. Enter the PIN to log in to the app.
