- Open the App: Launch the Bastion Health mobile app on your device.
- Navigate to We Care Tab: Tap on the "We Care" tab to access essential services and benefits.
- Click on Pharmacy Benefit: Look for the "Pharmacy Benefit" option and tap on it to access pharmacy services.
- Select Medication Refill Request: Under the pharmacy benefit section, click on "Medication Refill Request" to initiate the process.
- Fill out Required Information: Provide the necessary details, such as your prescription information and preferred pharmacy location.
