2. Search for the Member: Use either the Member ID or Member Name to search for the enrolee. For accuracy, it's recommended to search by Member ID. Enter the relevant details and click 'Search'.
3. Request Authorization: Once the member is identified, click on the 'Request Authorization' button to proceed.
4. Provide Required Details: Fill out the necessary medical and diagnosis details, along with service authorization specifics.
