Logging your Hospital Wait-time
Monitoring your wait time at hospitals is simple and contributes to improving service delivery. Here's how to log your wait times:
- Open the App: Launch the Bastion Health mobile app on your device.
- Navigate to My Bastion Tab: Tap on the "My Bastion" tab to access your profile and personalized features.
- Click on Wait Time Monitor: Look for the "Wait Time Monitor" option and tap on it to begin logging your wait time.
- Fill Out Required Information: Enter the name of the hospital you visited and any other necessary details requested.
- Submit: After filling out the required information, click on "Submit" to log your wait time.
