Getting Started with the Mobile App
Congratulations on joining Bastion Health! Our mobile app offers a range of features designed to make managing your healthcare easier. Here's how to get started:
- Download the App: Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download and install the app on your device.
- Log In: Upon registration, you'll receive an email containing your Username (Member ID). Use this, along with your Date of Birth and Password (your Year of Birth) to log in to the app. You'll be prompted to set a new password for security purposes.
- Explore Features:
- Profile Updates: Update your profile information and member e-cards for yourself and your beneficiaries in the "Home" tab.
- Policy Details: Access information about your policy and benefits under the "My Bastion" tab.
