• Conditions caused by an act of war, an epidemic or enrolee participating in a riot.
• Cosmetic treatments and procedures
• Domestic Violence
• Domiciliary/Hospice care
• Epidemic and Pandemic
• Neonatal care not listed under neonatal services.
• Professional Sports and wilful exposure to needless danger
• Self-inflicted injuries
• Services primarily for weight reduction or treatment of obesity 
• Supplements
• Teeth whitening, Braces, Veneers, Aligners, Crowns, Tooth replacement, Cosmetic dental surgical and non-surgical procedures.
