EAP/Mental Health
If you're an enrolee under a Corporate or SME Plan, you can easily access mental health support services through the Bastion Health app. Here's how:
- Open the App: Launch the Bastion Health mobile app on your device.
- Navigate to We Care Tab: Tap on the "We Care" tab to access essential services.
- Click on EAP/Mental Health: Look for the "EAP/Mental Health" option and tap on it.
- Grant Permissions: Tick the checkbox to grant necessary permissions and click "Continue."
- Set Up Your Account: You'll be redirected to the Akoma Health interface to set up your account. Follow the prompts to create your account.
- Book Your Session: Once your account is set up, you can book your first therapy session to access mental health support.
