Cancelling your Health Plan

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your health plan. 

From the start of your health plan, there is a 14-day period during which you can decide if you wish to cancel your coverage. This period is designed to give you enough time to review your plan and ensure it meets your healthcare needs.

If you choose to cancel your health plan within this 14-day window, your health insurance premium minus any administrative costs incurred will be refunded. You can expect to receive your refund within 1 month from the date of your cancellation request.
